Abstract
El proceso constituyente iniciado en octubre del año 2015 por la Presidenta Michelle Bachelet responde a una promesa de campaña que ha estado presente en cada una de las ofertas programáticas de la centro-izquierda en la última década. Esto abre el debate acerca de la necesidad de cambiar nuestro acuerdo político y cómo, detrás de los argumentos públicamente afirmados, subyacen motivos que han dado lugar a una vorágine de reformas en Latinoamérica en el último tiempo
